Hey, I’m Mikaela!
I've been a creative my whole life. But somewhere along the way, between other people's opinions and the quiet pressure to follow a more "sensible" path, that spark dimmed. So I did what most of us do: I adapted. I navigated roles across retail, finance, operations, sales and marketing, stacking skills I didn't yet know I'd need.
Then something clicked. An Operations Management role grew into a Marketing Management role, and suddenly the spark wasn't just back, it was brighter than ever.

Whether that means streamlining systems so a business can breathe, or building a full brand experience from concept to curation to launch, with all the imaginative, intentional details that make people stop and take notice, I’m in my element. I feel most alive when what I'm creating provides utility; total satisfaction of needs and wants for the business and the end user.

20/20 Creative Agency was built on the belief that great brands begin with clear vision. Our name reflects clarity, perspective and strategy with the ability to see what matters for founders and their brands and bring it into focus. It also marks the founder’s birthday and a personal moment of alignment that mirrors what we help our clients achieve - awareness with intention. The name chose us just as much as we chose it!
